Privacy policy

Montagne Show, Sport Maye, processes the information needed to handle equipment rentals and bookings. For enquiries: Place de la Curala 1, 1934 Le Châble, Switzerland; info@montagneshow.ch; +41 27 776 10 10.

Booking information

The form collects your last name, first name, phone number and email, rental dates, information about each skier (first name, height, shoe size, ability and equipment), and any comment you provide. The site also keeps the booking reference, amount, payment status and acceptance of the rental terms. These details are used to process your booking, prepare equipment, contact you and manage the rental.

Online payment

Payment takes place on Worldline’s secure Saferpay page. The site exchanges the reference, amount, currency and payment result with Saferpay. It does not receive or store your card number or security code. Information entered with the payment provider is also covered by its own privacy policy.

Recipients and hosting

Authorised shop staff can access the information needed to manage your rental. Infomaniak Network SA hosts the website and its database; the email delivery provider processes booking messages; Worldline’s Saferpay handles payments. Technical service providers may access information needed for their work.

Cookies, storage and security

The staff area uses a session cookie for login. The site does not save booking contact details in browser local storage. Technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages and access dates, may be processed to serve pages and prevent abuse.

Retention

Retention takes account of rental and payment follow-up, any complaints or disputes, and applicable obligations concerning supporting records. Contact info@montagneshow.ch to ask about the retention periods and recipients relevant to your booking.

Fonts and external links

Fonts and images are served with the website. Following a link to a map, social network or payment service opens an external service with its own privacy rules.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information at info@montagneshow.ch. A retention obligation or an ongoing dispute may prevent immediate deletion.
